Two full levels, a real kitchen and dining room, a fireplace, a recreation room, a wellness suite, four private acres, and 20 minutes to every major Pocono resort. The entire property is exclusively yours from the moment you arrive.

The kitchen is built for real use — not just a microwave and a drip coffee maker. Full gas range, oven, dishwasher, all cookware and utensils, and a dining table large enough for every guest. The kitchen and dining area are open to the living space, so cooking and gathering stay connected. Arrive with groceries and use it like home.

Gather around the fire.

The stone fireplace anchors the main level — the place the group gravitates to when the mountain air turns cold. Living room seating for the whole group, good views of the fire, and the kind of quiet that stops you from checking your phone. The new front porch extends this space outside, with seating facing the ridge and treeline.

Four bedrooms spread across both levels sleep up to 10 guests comfortably, with configurations that work for families, friend groups, and extended stays. Each bedroom has real closet space and quality linens — the kind of room where you actually unpack. Three bathrooms across both levels means no morning queue.

Lower Level

A floor of their own.

The lower level is self-contained — its own entrance, another bedroom, a bathroom, exercise room, recovery access, and a recreation room that handles movie nights, games, or just a gathering space separate from the main floor. It gives large groups a way to share the property without being on top of each other. The kids can have the rec room. The adults can have the fireplace. Everyone gets what they need.
